Therefore, it is better for you to eat enough iron. Even though you do not realize it, iron has important function in our body.
The vitamins and supplements also supply fiber for our body. Fiber is really important for our body, especially digestive system. There are some sources of fiber as apple, beans, banana, nuts, whole grains, and green vegetables. Of course, fiber is also as important as the other vitamins and minerals. Fiber get rids some illnesses as heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, and types of diabetes. Vitamins and supplements that contain high fiber increase energy and also strengthen the intestines.
